ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of nine. State Farm has deep roots in my family - I’m a third-generation agent and completed the State Farm Agent Aspirant program before opening an agency of my own. I’m a graduate of Illinois State University’s College of Business and, outside of work, I’m married with two daughters.
Giving back is important to me and our team. I volunteer with the local animal shelter, support area food banks and food drives, and enjoy finding opportunities for our agency to stay involved in the community we serve.

As an Account Associate for Nick Fincham - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Nick Fincham - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
